I GOT THE WALKIE BITSES!!!

Sunday, March 12th, 2006

Turtly_turtlesYeah.

Jet was asking if anyone wanted him to pick up something in HK, as he was returning to the country for a short while. So I immediately told him about the walkie bits.

Here they are, walking around, making robot noises, gurgling songs, and pwning people around. Conquer count is currently two (two officemates wanting to own theirs); I shall help my walkie bitses carry out their will to conquer more people by giving them more crawlspace tomorrow in the office.

Anyway, it is finalized. I shall cosplay as one of The Prince’s second cousins, Ichigo, from the Katamari Damacy game series. Ichigo As to how I would really look, well, it’s a secret. Even to me. XD Will cosplay in June at the Toycon event. The actual date is not available as of this writing.

I love Katamari. I love strawberries too. So Ichigo is the way to go XD.

Thanks, Jet. I’ll bake you a cake next time. I was kicking myself on my way home when I realized I didn’t even treat you to proper food as way of thanks. o.x

Wow.

I woke up at 4:30 am yesterday.

It was a perfectly ordinary, normal, lazy and cold morning. Until I noticed my celphone wasn’t beside me. I woozily felt around for my small phone; after all, I could have kicked it away in my sleep or something.

No go.

I then decided to do my fail-safe procedure, which is to dial my own cellphone.

…is unattended or out of coverage area…

That woke me up.

Frantically, I burst out of my room–I only have 1 hour to prepare myself for work and I could not leave the house without my phone–and I noticed my bag lying on the living room floor. I saw my small purse on the counter. I found my brother’s Nintendo DS case on the dining table…

All misplaced. How odd.

When I picked up my bag to ready myself for work, I noticed it was lighter. Still dazed with sleep I rummaged inside for the contents.

PSP and wallet gone.

Cellphone gone.

Now THAT really woke me up.

I alerted our household help and told her to check every room. True enough, the window of my brother’s room ad it’s grilles removed. The sliding glass window was left ajar. Some robber had broken in; I found a footprint on my brother’s bed right beside the window.

I didn’t really panic. More like, I felt like as if I downed a dozen cups of coffee. I felt too awake, as if I needed to down a considerable amount of liquor to achieve the normal sobriety level.

What sunk into my head while I was dealing with the barangay tanods and my parent’s best friends that early morning was that, the cellphone was beside me while I was sleeping. My bag was inside my room too.

The robber not only broke into my house, he went inside my effing room. He had every chance to do me in o__Ox

*shrug*

So, what I lost were those things and other small, pocketable, pricey things. PSP. NYUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!

Lost wallet with ATM, important prescriptions, student’s driving permit, my SM Advantage card (with the 2000+ points. Nuuuu). My brother is also upset about his Nintendo DS, which was taken too. That’s what you get for going on an extended vacation in Leyte, leaving your poor sister all alone. =P

Anyway, I started reclaiming things. I immediately had my ATM blocked and had a new one issued, I got another student driver’s permit, and my dad got me a SE W550i. Nifty nifty nifty phone. It’s not a PSP, but it will do ^_^. Besides, there’s going to be a new PSP to be released late this year or next year, which has camera and chat capabilities (like DS). I can save up for that.

At least, nothing happened to me or our househelp. We’re still alive.

Material things can be easily reclaimed.

(But steal my laptop and I woke up, you’re going to see the wrong end of my short sword, bastard).
